As your coach our role is not to provide clients with solutions but to offer frameworks to support thinking and carefully targeted questions, that allow clients to produce their own solution and help them to realise that solution by holding them to account for their decisions.
Clients will leave sessions feeling that you have gained momentum and moved towards achieving your desired outcome/s.
Understand that making changes takes time, effort and commitment.
Reflection on certain topics can sometimes create highly emotional states. This is normal and understood.
